Description
I designed this to mount heavy monitor on the wall (12kg / ~26lbs).
Print with PETG or ABS/ASA.
Do not use PLA, in time it will deform under such heavy load.
Printed with 10 perimeters using 0.4mm nozzle,15-20% gyroid infill.
Print vertically rather than flat on bed to avoid relaying on layer adhesion for supporting the load.
Small slot in part was introduced to trick slicer into generating perimeters around it, once again - for strength.
Part mounted on the wall, is slightly skewed upwards (0.5deg) to compensate for the sag.
There is zero clearance between parts, they suppose to have snug fit.
Mount is very sturdy, no play, no wiggle.
You can probably use less screws to secure it to the wall, but in my case it is mounted to laminated particle board so I used all nine.
Works with Acer Predator Z35.

Although mount seems very sturdy, it wasn't extensively tested, so I can't guarantee its reliability.
