This end-cap will protect the USB Type-C connector on the TS80P soldering iron from mechanical stress. It is still possible to remove the plug but it can not moved sideways.

The dimension of the part that is put over the end of the iron is 13mm; exactly as the iron itself. Because holes tend to get smaller when printed, you need to experiment to get the tight fit required for stability. I printed mine with a scale factor of 1.0125 and cleaned the inside of the hole with a knife. For test-prints, move the part 15mm down into the build plate to waste less material and time.
