Tablet arm ball joint shaft

机で10インチタブレットで読書をするためにタブレットアームを購入しました。

ところがボールジョイント部分の締め付けが弱く、10インチ重さ500gのタブレットを取り付けると重さでタブレットが垂れ下がってしまいました。

ボールジョイントは全方向に自由度がありますが、実際にはボールの後ろのシャフトのクランプ部で回転方向と上下の首振り方向は調整できるので、その必要はありません。

そこでオリジナルのボールジョイントのシャフトに代わる、自由度を横方向の首振りだけに限定した部品を作成しました。

追加でM6x50mmの六角ボルトとワッシャーとナットが必要です。

However, the tightening of the ball joint part was weak, and when I attached a 10-inch 500g tablet, the tablet hung down due to its weight.

The ball joint has a degree of freedom in all directions, but in reality it is not necessary because the rotation direction and the vertical swing direction can be adjusted with the clamp part of the shaft behind the ball.

Therefore, I created a part that replaces the shaft of the original ball joint and limits the degree of freedom to lateral swing only.

An additional M6x50mm hex bolt, washer and nut are required.
