Did some improvements to soozafone's excellent gunpla base.

Improvements made:
- Made the stopper and gears shorter so that the arm doesn't have to be fully out when adjusting angles
- Added a tab to the locking ring to make it easier to attach/remove
- Added a perimeter to the triangular base as I find it has a tendency to lean/fall in between the tri points.
- For aesthetics, added trusses-like structure to the arms.
