Sapphire Pro, Plus E3D V6 Carriage for Berd-Air

I was looking for a good carriage for E3D V6 hotend. I have found some but these were without cooling fan, so You had make or find Your own fan holder which is not elegant way in my opinion. So I have remixed E3D V6 carriage made by starxxx nad I have added hotend cooling for 40 mm fan. Also as I was working on Berd-Air material cooling, so there is a small part which can be used to mount Berd-Air cooling tube.
