Depending on the type of meat, fat content and water content, the meat can shrink by 10% to 30%.

That's why the press here has an inner diameter of 135mm!
After preparation, the patty is around 95mm to 120mm in size and therefore fits perfectly into standard buns.

0,3 mm Layers
Ring: 50% - 100% Innfill
Stamp: 80% - 100% Innfill
