Bevel cutter 45 90 30 60 - V1.1

I couldn't find what i was looking for so I decided to design it by myself.
I wanted a bevel cutter able to cut multiples angles in both straight and curves lines.

However the cutter parts didn't give me enough accuracy for the angles and I would like something more sturdy.

So I kept the rail supports of @Samyp and redesigned the other parts which are now completely different. You can cut foam, leather, cork, cardboard and other soft materials with 45, 90, 30, 60 degrees. The maximum thickness of material could be 5mm. You can adjust the height of the blade by moving the clamping head. Note that the 30 degrees angle cutter can cut only up to 3mm due to the limitation of the #11 blade length. maybe you can adapt the design to other blades types.

The cutter is usable both by right-handed and left-handed.

The same bevel cutter can be used on the rail for straight lines or freely directly on the material.

EXTRA PARTS :
You will just need 1 aluminium corner bar 15mm or 12mm
4 socket head bolts M4 x 35mm (M4x40mm can do the job)
4 socket head bolts M2.5 x 20mm
1 box of scalpel blades #11
4 screws for wood
2 small pieces of wood 5mm to put under rail supports

SANDING TIME :
My first attempt didn't have enough tolerances between parts so it took me a lot of time to sand all the parts to fit all together.
I increased the tolerances a bit in the last version 1.1 but I didn't printed it because the version 1.0 is already working good for me (after sanding).
So I hope it will be ok for you. Anyway, you will still have to remove the supports and sand the parts...but you know already ;)

FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS :
I intend to remix it later to make the cutter able to follow a curve and to be locked on it.

Attention !!! Scalpel blades are very sharp and can be dangerous if not used with care. Remove blades and store them in a secure place after use.
