Description
After years of neglecting this project, I have finally generated something worth printing. Updates include:

2x Card Guide - you can add two more Card Guides as in the original (i.e. four total), but I don't personally think it's necessary
Details:
The Card Gate should be printed on the edge (supported enabled) to avoid support issues involving the windshield wiper channel. This can be difficult to achieve on some printers without the model losing adhesion and falling over. For this reason, the Card Gate Dual model has been included, which is essentially a model consisting of both required Card Gates aligned at a 90 degree angle and fused together with a single perimeter, which can be easily separated by folding it along the seam once or twice. I printed Card Gate Dual in my final model.
A gear ratio of 5:1 has been maintained, but tooth density has increased so the new set is 50:10 vs the old 35:7. However, tooth depth and width are similar to the original since the original tooth density was limited by poor gear design.
Using TPU or other flex material for the Card Feeder models is highly recommended, if at all possible.
