Description
I made a printable version of this sleek phone stand. It is the same size as your typical credit card so it will fit in your wallet on the go. I find it useful for long trips. Printed with all solid infill due to the thickness of the object. PETG was used for its strength and flexibility on the living hinges. I would assume PLA would snap after a few uses.
You will need to have your printer calibrated with a dialed in profile for PETG to get a good print. If there is an elephant foot on your first layers it will be difficult to get all the cutouts free to move.
You could also scale down the z-height of this model to get it to print faster. It is a bit thicker than the typical credit card, but I decided it was better for strength. If you try it at 1.2mm let me know... good luck.
