Files that start with Ver2 have the fan tucked up under the belt retainer. The standard duct will fit inside the rail but it may be too close depending on your end stop position. There is a pic in group showing the clearance.

Petsfang Evolve for Railcore II 300ZL
We have engineered a cooling mod that is taking the Railcore II 300ZL to the next level in performance. This is an addition to our Evolve Series of cooling solutions. As with all our mods, we engineered this using enhanced CFD simulations and incorporating features that have proven successful from our popular Petsfang v2, Bullseye and Evolve series designs.

Some of the features setting this apart are a one piece mount/duct for the Railcore II 300ZL that accommodate the stock back plate configuration with the IR probe and a configuration for optional ABL devices like the BL Touch or 13mm Capacitive or Inductive probes. Other ABL mounts will be available in the future. The ducts mount to the stock mounting points and the optional 713maker.com aluminum backplate.
Our new duct outlet profile provides greater coverage of the filament and has a 50% longer dwell time over the filament for cooling, allowing for increased overhang performance at higher extrusion volumes. With the increased velocity we have added segmented outlets extending into the plenum to reduce high pressure areas within the duct outlet giving a more balanced flow across the outlet.
The CFD simulations allowed us to optimize the outlet velocity to keep a greater distance from the nozzle and allowing for a smaller plenum. This still allowed the converging airflow to exit the nozzle area which has proven to be very successful with all the Petsfang Mods, keeping fresh air and lower turbulence on the filament.
