E3D Titan part cooling fan duct for S+E i3 Extruder

This is a part fan modification for the E3D Extruder Upgrade kit by S+E

I've previously remixed this design to add a 12mm bed levelling sensor and to accept a Titan clone extruder as well as creating a hybrid part fan attachment by joining the S+E upper part with a Prusa i3 mk3 part fan. This was because I felt the S+E part fan shrouds obscured too much of the build for my liking.

With this remix I have designed a completely new part fan and shroud mount for the S+E Extruder that allows the original Prusa i3 Mk3 (45 degree) fan shroud (or any remix with the same attachment point) to be fitted to the original and most, if not all, of the remixes of the S+E extruder upgrade kit.

This thing consist of 2 parts - a Fan Mount and a fan to shroud adapter which is required because of the difference in the angle of the Fan for the S+E design which needs to be "flatter" to avoid the stepper motor.

The Fan extender is necessarily tight - it is designed to be a push fit that will remain attached to the fan making assembly much easier.
