Vault Door Style Cap / Lid

I needed a cap/lid for my custom tumbler, so I decided to design a vault-style one for a tight and good fit.

Inner diameter of the tumbler bin I'm using (inner diameter of the door cap): 185.0 mm

You should not run into any tolerance issues with 0.20 mm print resolution.
Additionally, it's designed to be used with Ruthex M4 threaded inserts but any other inserts should work just as well.

Print Settings:
3 to 4 Walls
4 Top
4 Bottom
20 % infill
0.20 mm

Additional Material:

16x M4 16mm Screws
16x Rutex M4 inserts.
