Satsana 5015 + 4020 + BLTouch + Micro Swiss Direct Drive (Ender 3 Pro)

Since the user experience on thingiverse.com decreased constantly and new obstacles were setup in the last few weeks (e.g. imposing wait prompts for each single download, deprecated batch downloads, requirement to disable ad-blocker, slow performance, etc.), I decided to move all my prints over to prusaprinters.org where such issues do not exist. That means further, I won't update my print here any more and update and new print will be available on prusaprinters.org. I'll leave my account here active for reference.

[UPDATE Feb 14, 2022]:
I made an update, which integrates the BLTouch mount in the shroud. So the additional mount parts to hold the ABL became obsolete. Additionally I spent also a new fan guard in hexagonal style. The duct needs NO supports for printing. Please rotate the model in your slicer for 90 deg, so that the mounting side of the duct is facing down, and the opening for the fan is facing up. Thanks!

I love the design of the Satsana 5015 fan duct, and I wanted it for my Micro Swiss DirectDrive Extruder with All Metal Hotend.

But it was originally missing two important features:

• a BLTouch mount.
• And further I couldn't find a remix which allows for installing a 4020 fan nicely.

Thus, I re-designed the Satsana fan duct a tiny bit and extended the front for 10mm to encompass my Sunon 4020 fan and added a chamfer around the extension.
Now the whole fan is nicely fitted to the front and the chamfer makes the extension less "visible" (at least from my perspecive :).

Additionally, I found a great BLTouch mount that allows for mounting the probe to my Sunon 5015 blower. (Credits to andy_spoo for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3718029), but I extended the bottom part of the bracket to 5mm to have more clearance for the nozzle while probing.

Here the offsets of the BLTouch:
x= +56 mm
y= -33 mm

Sorry for the cable mess...I'm waiting for a cable conduit in light blue ;-)
