Peg tool for furniture

Here you will find tool for easier drilling of holes for wooden pegs. This tool allows you to make holes with diameter 6, 8 and 10 mm.

For assembly you will need:

• 2x M3x20 screws with nuts for handle
• 2x M3x16 screws, nuts and washers for guide
• 2x M6 nuts redrilled with a 6 mm diameter drill bit
• 2x M8 nuts redrilled with a 8 mm diameter drill bit
• 2x M10 nuts redrilled with a 10 mm diameter drill bit

Assembly details can be found in the attached picture.

It is designed for nuts according to DIN934.
To simplify printing, I blinded the round holes in the holes for the nuts. The blind thickness is 0.2 mm. This will allow printing without the need for support.

In the attachment you will find pdf with ruler and one picture of what it looks like. I printed the ruler on self-adhesive paper.
