UFS-011 Flashlight Holder - Velcro Strap

I was inspired to create a flashlight stand by this version here:

It was a flashlight held on a portable stand. But, I didn't like the use of rubber bands to hold the flashlight. I didn't like the ball joint used to position the flashlight. And a wider base would be better for a heavier flashlight.

I combined the large ball joint with clamping cup and stand from a PCB vise found here:

and the arms for holding a velcro strap came from here:

FYI, The PCB vise was itself a remix.
"This PCB vise has been remixed from following designs and shrink to low profile.
It can grab 75mm width PCB.
And also Joint section has been changed as star core rod and hole.
