Description
The Makita LS1019L has a dust collection port on the top of the saw that uses a non-standard hole size (approximately 1 3/8" ID). This makes it awkward to connect to standard dust collection setups without adapters. In addition, the hose attachment is on the mobile part of the saw arm, making it awkward to use an adapter or a large hose.
This adapter replaces the assembly on the bottom fixed portion of the saw allowing you to easily connect a standard 2.5" hose to the saw while still using the factory supplied hose to connect to the upper assembly.
Print the dust-cap to plug the upper assembly hose.
IMPORTANT: for the dust adapter print with supports everywhere.
