Description
35mm spacer to allow for a 240 or 280mm radiator up to 30mm deep, larger PSU etc, to suit a Cooler Master NR200 case.
Makes use of the existing lid
Relocates front I/O (USB ports, power & reset buttons, 3.5mm jack)
Can be fixed to the case via zip ties

280mm is UNTESTED - let us know, should fit up to 30mm deep.
You will probably need longer fan screws for the 280mm - finicky as you'll need to screw the fans in from within the case - try the fan tabs I've included that will allow you to mount the fans from above.
Undecided on the cover mounts, they're strong enough but you may need to file them to fit - feedback appreciated.
Download all 'common' parts. Then download either the 240mm or 280mm parts depending on what radiator/fans you are using.
When installing covers, note the right side up is the edge where the mounts are NOT flush - this allows clearance for the lid clips.
Updates:
17/01/2021: Added 'fan tabs' for fitting the 140mm fans - hang the fans from the top of the chassis via these tabs. This assumes you have sufficient space between the radiator and the top of the case to fit them, deep radiators (30mm) may not have space. Designed to work with standard fan screws.
23/01/2021: Replaced nr200_tophat_spacer_v2_frame_240mm_fl.stl and nr200_tophat_spacer_v2_frame_240mm_fr.stl files - one was a duplicate of the other, sorry :(
18/02/2021: Finally got access to Thingiverse back... feedback so far suggests the installation of the 280mm radiator/fans interferes with the rear power connector (it bumps against the fan). Since there's no way to move the radiator further forward I'll look at ways to space the power socket out from the case. Not optimal but it is what it is.
Otherwise I'm tidying up the designs, including chamfers etc
