2u 10 inch rack Mini-itx case for PFsense or OPNsense

Tried to find a 10 inch rack mount Mini-ITX computer case for my PFsense build. But coudn't find one on the market in the EU or here on thingiverse. So I designed my own.

Features:

• 2U 10 inch rack mountable
• Fits a Mini-ITX motherboard
• 1 low profile expansion card
• 1 2.5 inch SSD or hard disk mount
• 2 mounts for 60mm fan (although if you are using an expansion card you can realistically only fit 1)
• on/off switch
• hole for 12v PSU socket (I'm using a PicoPSU)
• hole for external cable (I'm using this to power the two 140mm fans in my cupboard)
• top vents

Both the left and right side panels have two versions. One with vents that fit a 60mm fan and one without. In the pictures I'm using the left with vents and a noctua 60x25 fan and the right without vents. The case keeps my celeron J3355 at 35 degree Celcius idle.

Whole case is screwed together with 4 m3x30, 4 m3x20 and 8 m3x15 hex socket cap screws and 16 m3 nuts.

The two other things in the rack are:

• a 12 port keystone plate (don't know what brand)
• netgear GS108Ev3 (I hung this with the mount for the TP-Link SG108 (same chassis) from the "10 inch rack project" by mariusbach https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3337383)
