DNLGasket | HP Reverb G2 supportless parametric gasket

Gasket mod for HP Reverb G2.

I hereby prohibit printing this model commercially without my permission (you can contact ask for the permission though). Feel free to print it for yourself or your friends, but it has to be for free/only for material costs.

2021-03-15: V2 of the gasket. Ditched nose guard, was only taking up space, now the nose flaps glue on the gasket directly. I've noticed the other versions except my tested Wide V2 are broken, but I don't have enough strength to fiddle with Fusion to make them work again, so I'm only including the recommended Wide2 variant.

2021-02-19: Wide V2 - slightly wider, should improve comfort a little
2021-01-26: fixed holes for top magnets being too short

Features:

• Closer to the lenses -> higher FOV than the OG gasket.
• Wider than the OG gasket, should be more comfortable for a lot of people.
• No supports required, very easy printing
• Can be printed in .3 mm layer height → ~3 h printing time
• Parametric – fusion360 file included, you can change magnet size, distance from lenses, even head shape (Modify -> Change parameters)
• Contains a nose flap you can print from TPU to reduce light leakage to a minimum (now glued on the gasket itself).
• Magnets are really not all that necessary, it works quite well even without them.
• Inspired by kalleknall's supportless gasket (I've made this one completely from scratch)
• Based on official HP Reverb G2 STEP files.

File naming scheme: DNLGasket_(std/wide/medium/... distribution version)(1/2/... version of the distribution model)_(diameter x length of the magnets).stl

• Standard - Try this if the original gasket is comfortable for you
• Medium (untested) - Between standard and wide
• Wide - Recommended, the OG gasket was too narrow on the sides for me so I made this version.
• Superwide - Untested, even wider.
