Condition Ring Storage Box

What are these?

Need a way to sort your condition rings? Give this a shot! This Thing started as a storage box for the Tabletop Condition Indicators that I made back in 2018. Since I released those rings on Thingiverse, I partnered up with Mike Saltzman and the good folks at Viridian Gaming who offered a variety of condition ring sets in addition to the previously-exclusive storage box as provided here. Viridian will soon (by March 2021) be offering a fancy injection-molded version of the Condition Rings through their online store (Link coming soon)! However, because of this shift they are reducing their 3D-printed products, including their offering of this previously-exclusive, custom-made carrying case. Because these storage boxes were really popular, we didn't want them to not be available for people who still wanted them- so we're offering them here for free!

What should I download?

Please note that their are two separate designs-- one for the Viridian’s 3D printed sets as well as the rings on the original [condition ring thingiverse listing], and a new one for the upcoming Viridian injection molded set (Available March 2021). Download and print the appropriate design for your rings:

• Original 3D printed rings or Viridian’s 3D printed set:
  • 75 Base & Lid with ‘V1_3D_printed_rings’ in the filename
• Viridian’s new Injection molded set (link when available):
  • 72 Base & Lid with ‘V2_injection_molded_rings’ in the filename.

We've spent a ton of time tweaking this box and really hope you like it. If you print one, please share a Make with a picture of your rings in the box- we'd love to see it! Mike has also spent many hours fine-tuning printer settings to make these print as cleanly as possible- if you want some guidance on what he found worked well for printing and post-processing these boxes, please check out his summary page here.
