Description
This is a 5015 fan shroud for a HP 561FLR-T 10 GBit ethernet adaptor. It attaches via a single screw to the card and is intended to be used in conjunction with the backplate from:

The 5015 fan attaches via a M3 screw and bolt and can be glued but the tolerances should be sufficient for a friction fit.
This has been designed to fit into a HP Gen 8 Microserver after port holes are dremeled next to the PSU.
