Dartboards insulation noise reduction

outside dimension 70x70cm

Structure itself:
4x d8mm dowels in the wall
4x screws 5-6 mm x approx. 70 mm
4x washers
4x rubber buffers / washers printed with TPU
1x chipboard aprox. 22mm
1x the rubber pad from the washing machine, but expanded from 60x60cm and cut from a 2nd to 70x70.
1x poplar wood plate 6mm
1x 10mm artificial felt white - this is directly under the dart board.

Construction:
Siliconize the rubber mat on the chipboard and the 6mm poplar wood as well. Screw the actual dartboard holder onto the poplar wood through the rubber. Drill 4X outside holes approx. 6 mm for screwing to your wall. Use a 26mm wood drill bit to drill down to the chipboard (a bit bigger than your washer for your d5-6mm screws). So that the screw holds everything there with a washer. Dowel to the wall. Glue the felt on it so that the screw holes are not covered / glued and the dartboard area is not glued. Hang up the dartboard. Use a carpet knife to cut out the felt in a circle around the dartboard. Cut out the round felt behind the dartboard so that the disc can still be turned. A ring is created on which the 3 dartboard aligner can be tightened. Glue the felt in the middle behind the dartboard. - The insulation is finished and it is much quieter for the roommates. Aufbau selber:
4x d8mm Duebel in der Wand
4x Schrauben 5 mm x ca. 70 mm
4x Beilagscheiben
4x Gummi Puffer/Beilagscheiben gedruckt mit TPU
1x Spanplatte 22mm
1x von der Waschmaschine die Gummi Unterlage, allerdings von 60x60cm erweitert und aus einer 2.ten zugeschnitten auf 70x70.
1x Pappelholz Platte 6mm
1x 10mm kuenstlicher Filz weiß - dieser ist direkt unter der Dart Scheibe.

Aufbau:
Auf die Spanplatte die Gummimatte silikonieren und das 6mm Pappelholz ebenfalls. Eigentliche Dartscheiben Halterung auf dem Pappelholz durch den Gummi verschrauben. 4X aussen Loecher bohren ca. 6 mm fuer die Verschraubung mit der Wand. Mit ca. 26 mm Holzbohrer bis auf die Spanplatte freibohren. Damit dort die Schraube mit einer Beilagscheibe alles haelt. An die Wand duebeln. Filz so drauf kleben, dass die Schraubloecher nicht bedeckt/beklebt und die Dartscheiben Bereich nicht beklebt ist. Dart scheibe einhaengen. Mit Teppich Messer Filz kreisfoermig um Dartscheibe rausschneiden. Runden Filz hinter der Dartscheibe so freischneiden, dass die Scheibe noch gedreht werden kann. Es entsteht ein Ring auf dem sich die 3 Dartscheiben "Klemmer" fest ziehen lassen. Den Filz in der Mitte hinter der Dartscheibe ankleben. - fertig ist die Daemmung und es ist wesentlich leiser fuer die Mitbewohner. Bitte kurze Rueckmeldung wie es bei Euch funktioniert hat.
