Description
Select handle length for you scoop from 1/2" pvc.
Use template to check size of pvc. Scale for handle fit up.
I would add solid layers for more strength. Glue handle.
Use hot water in plate to shape the end.
Need to glue side reinforcement on for added strength if necessary.
