Ender 3 V2 - AirMachine

This is AirMachine a Ender 3 V2 fan duct for x2 5015.

The Idea behind this duct isn't only to provide lot of cooling but to make working at nozzle easier, you can remove the face and have free access to heatsink, etc.

Another point is that once you can remove the face only it's possible to work at it without interference at bltouch height as you don't need to unscrew it, also with exception of heatsink fan other cables can all remain in same place.

Material:

• It was made with PLA and I haven't noticed any deformation, but I suggest using ABS or PETG for increased temperature resistance

Screws:

• 2x M3 8mm / Base
• 1x M3 13mm / Right Fan duct
• 1x M3 16mm / Left Fan duct
• 2x M3 20mm / 5015
• 1x M3 20mm / Face lock

all except base requires nut

Installation Tips:

• Untight the heatsink in order to install the base
• Align the top of base with top of back plate
• Place duct nuts and tighten then without ducts first otherwise screws may not catch them properly (left side mainly)

• Changed face holding mechanism, now it's possible to use 2 screws, but you may still use just one if wanted
