Battery Holder for 2 or 4 AA

I printed a few 2xAA battery holders found on the net, but these shattered just by looking at them, as they were very thin.
So, I designed a battery holder with very sturdy walls (staying in the standard sizes) and gluing two of these, you can get a 4 cell battery holder.
I have equipped the battery holder with predispositions such as to be able to insert paper clips (brass-plated fasteners) as simple contacts and obtain the right configuration of the bridges for the welding of the electric poles.
The paper clips have an 8mm round head and 3mm wide shanks.
In place of the paper clips it is however possible to insert copper wires.
Printing is not difficult, because the protuding parts do not need supports.
It is recommended to print layers of 0.20 and 100% infill.

Ho stampato alcuni portabatterie 2xAA trovati in rete, ma questi si sono frantumati solo guardandoli, poiché erano molto esili. Quindi, ho progettato un porta batteria con pareti molto robuste (rimanendo nelle dimensioni standard) e incollandone due, si può ottenere un porta batteria a 4 elementi.
Ho dotato il portabatterie di predisposizioni tali da poter inserire dei fermacampioni come semplici contatti ed ottenere la giusta configurazione dei ponti per la saldatura dei poli elettrici.
I fermacampioni (N.5) hanno una testa tonda da 8 mm e steli larghi 3 mm.
Al posto dei fermacampioni è comunque possibile inserire fili di rame.
La stampa non è impegnativa, perché le parti sporgenti non necessitano di supporti.
Si consiglia di stampare layer di 0,20 e riempimento al 100%.
