CR-30 Key-Bak Counter-weight System

This is a counter weight system I designed for the CR-30 inspired by the Voron Switchwire.

You will need the following hardware

(2) M3x20mm bolts - McMaster-Carr #92095A185

(4) M3 heatset - McMaster-Carr #94180A331

I chose to use a 36" 13oz Key-Bak keychain because with a Bondtech DDX direct drive extruder attached the X-axis/hotend assembly weighed approx 2lbs when being pulley on the rails with the belts unattached (according to my fish scale) but there are also 8oz and 20oz options depending on your needs.

The Keychain comes with a leather strap riveted to it. I drilled out the rivets and then used those holes to mount it to the designed mounts.

There are two different right hand mounts. One version is for if you're using my steel band wire harness support.

I printed the hooks with 75% infill and the mounts with 4 perimeters and 25% infill.
