Diese Befestigung ist für das Cowboy V3. Die Befestigung soll den Lancoon Fahrradalarm unterm Sattel verstecken. Ich habe benutze die Befestigung seit ein paar tage und hält perfekt. Der Alarm wackelt nicht und höre auch kein klappern beim fahren. Bei der Montage ist zu beachten das der Sattel dafür gelöst und nach hinten geschoben werden muss. Mit dem gewonnen platz kann die Anlage rein gepackt werden und anschließen die Befestigung. Die Befestigung muss etwas verkeilt reingebracht werden damit die arme unter die Stangen kommen. Es ist etwas tricky aber mit etwas kraft passt es rein. Danach muss der Sattel zurück geschoben und verschraubt werden. Printing:

Ring - Infil to add weight, supports needed for spade inset. Letter embossing doesn't need it.
Spade - Infil to add weight, no supports
Letters - Print flat, already scaled to fit nicely in the embossing
Star - Infil to add weight.

Full print with 4x4x4 walls/top/bottom and 38% infil came to about 48g in weight.

Glue in lettering and spade. Star may need minor sanding but should push fit into the space tightly and not need anything else to secure it.
