Hand held drill jig for 22 liner

Simple drill guide for dewalt DCD958 (original file) and DCD771 (modified to fit mine). Main purpose is to give you a more center cut on objects, I've modified it to better chamber a .22 .375" or a .305" OD liner while being center bore. Remixed to be thicker, will require drilling out the hole in the guide to better fit a 3/8" .375 OD liner.

You need 5/16 round rod for the guides. I grabbed a 36" rod from a local home depot store, something like this: 5/16 in. x 36 or 48 in. Zinc-Plated Round Rod. Cut two 20cm ~7.5in long pieces with a hacksaw or whatever.

Use plenty of cutting fluid when drilling the chamber and you can get the .22lr reamer (513-050-010WB ) from Brownells for $50.

If there is interest for a .3125" OD liner guide let me know in the comments. You could also just drill the .305 to .3125 with a 5/16 drill bit.
