Caliper gauge for Mitutoyo Digital Absolute 15mm IP67 (Tiefenmesser)

Extension for Mitutoyo caliper gauge (Tiefenmesser)

made for MITUTOYO Digital Absolute 150 mm IP67

Input / idea came from @jackenhack but this 3D model does not fit to mine Mitutoyo caliper gauge, so I need to redesign the full model new.

Print fits perfectly and smooth to the calliper. The additional srew for clamping is not really necessary, but where designed because sometimes you need to measure a difference between to hole lenghts. Therefore I add a small hexagon socket head screw (Innensechskant) M4x10 mm to clamp the calliper gauge (Tiefenmesser).

(Needed Rework: Rework cut the thread.- core drilling hole diameter is 3,2 mm for M4 thread)

Basis of the calliper gauge (Tiefenmesser) is 75 mm wide. This includes most of my applications.

Printing (Prusa i3 MK3S:

• Layer height: 0,15 mm
• Infill: 60%
• Support: no support needed
• Orientation: print on measurement side, because you get the best surface
• Print time: approx. 1,5 hours
