Solidoodle Titan Aero conversion

Converted my ancient solidoodle 2 to use the Titan Aero extruder/hotend combo. Included are all the stl and openscad files for the parts I used. Information about how I did the modifications can be found at https://tomhorsley.com/hardware/solidoodle/solidoodle-aero.html

It currently "works", but needs a lot of dialing in before I'll be happy with it, I'm posting this since all the mechanical stuff seems to be complete.

I lose a lot of printbed area, but hopefully gain higher precision printing of small parts in things like TPU.
