This is Sylvie's crown from the show Loki modified to fit on a cat's head. If the crown falls off your cat's head, you can loosely tie a string through the holes to keep it on.

Scale to your cat's head size - default will probably fit most cats.

Willow didn't seem too concerned when it was on her head, but if your cat seems uncomfortable with it, don't force it.
