Description
This is a replacement (or in my case, additional) peg to use in the bottom drawer of our 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH RV. The 2400BH model also shares the same drawer setup, so it'll work for you if you have one of those too.
When we got the camper, I just thought the original pegs were (1) too few in number and (2) too loose in the holes and (3) poorly made (the peg on the top of mine wasn't even centered properly!) This solution allows you to make a quick and easy replacement for very little cost or effort.
I recommend printing with a brim as these are a little tall (a little over 6" total). The brim will just ensure that nothing lifts off the bed while printing. I also printed 9 of them at a time - the CURA profile for which I have included in this Thingiverse entry.
To make the "stud" on the bottom a little stronger (the piece that fits into the drawer bottom's holes), I also included an "Infill mask" shape that, when treated as a "cutting mesh" in your slicer and then merged with the peg itself will allow you to print at 15% infill for most of the way (to save filament) and then print the last few millimeters of the peg and the little "stud" on the top at 100% infill for maximum strength. I used CURA to do this and found this video to be helpful in splitting the model in this way: https://youtu.be/su_m5zV9rvA?t=245
