I've been working on getting this wind turbine working for some months to see if I can get it to produce enough to charge some sort of battery. So am publishing the output data here. I made various small changes and enlarged the blades by about 10%.
The MS Excel spreadsheet shows output data for RPM over 500rpm. Below 650 rpm I got nothing!!
Please leave your feedback, comments and any suggestions on the make below.

Note, photo above is of same turbine as the make but has the enlarged (red) blades. Original design is linked there too.
Distraction.stl was used to help insert the nut in the blades.

21 Oct 2021: Catastrophic failure last night - see pictures. Sadly data was not being recorded as the battery pack had gone flat! The main body landed some 4.5m from the mast and 99% of one whole blade has yet to be found. Given the whole body and (some blades of course) came down with some force, it has become evident that this design is potentially very dangerous. There are no ties to prevent parts flying considerable distances in failure.
Even the 12 slip ring wires did not prevent the main body landing 4.5m away and landing with enough force to bend the M6 rod and shatter most components.
This unit was printed with PETG giving it much greater strength than PLA, despite being PETG the unit failed badly, luckily no one was hurt. One image above shows the break in the TowerShaft.stl, the break is not within layer lines and therefore suspect something else broke first to cause the shaft to break in this way 10 Oct 2022: Added my parts list for this, based on someone's list from comments section on original design.
