Description
The battery on my old MacBook died on me. I didn't really need this computer to be portable anymore, but the battery is structurally part of the case which makes it more difficult to use with no battery. Hence, this replacement.
This fits in the space that a model number A1185 battery would.
(Should fit everything in the MacBook A1181 family, e.g., all MacBooks from 2006-2009)
This was intended to be a replacement for the battery portion, and that you'd peel the top (outside-facing) cover from a (nonfunctional) battery and stick it onto this replacement (so that it would appear "stock" on the outside).
Inside is hallowed out to save on material. An improvement might be to slot in some weights or something, but I didn't have any.
