Double fan 5015 for the Sidewinder and Genius

Nun, wer es mal etwas frostiger an der Düse braucht, kann ja diesen Kühleraufsatz testen.

Er ist zweiteilig ausgeführt, um ihn besser drucken zu können. Die Unterstützung ist geringfügig. Also alles in allen lässt sich der Kühleraufsatz leicht drucken.

Ich habe den in PETG in Verwendung. Wer den Kühler fest verschrauben möcht, muss die M3 5 mm vor dem Stecken des Lüfters eindrehen. Ich stecke diese Schraube nur. Die dient dann zum arretieren und drückt sich in die linke obere Bohrung. Ich befestige dann den Kühler nur mit der M3 10 mm unten links. Das hält ausreichend gut und man kann den Kühler mit einer Schraube lösen, das Kabelabziehen und einen anderen verbauen

Für die rechte Schraube M3 20 mm muss die Mutter erwärmt und eingedrückt werden oder man verwendet eine etwas längere Schraube.

Well, whoever needs it a little frostier at the nozzle can test this cooler attachment.

It is made in two parts for better printing. The support is minor. So all in all, the cooler attachment is easy to print.

I have the one in PETG in use. If you want to screw the cooler tight, you have to screw in the M3 5 mm before plugging the fan. I put this screw only. The then serves to lock and presses into the upper left hole. I then fix the cooler only with the M3 10 mm at the bottom left. This holds sufficiently well and you can loosen the cooler with a screw, disconnect the cable and install another one.

For the right screw M3 20 mm, the nut must be heated and pressed in or a slightly longer screw must be used.
