Description

This is parts i made to ventilate my 3d-printer. Its made to fit a 100mm dia vent hose. It uses a big swivel nut which let you alternate between connecting your 3d printer to the outside or a regular vent valve.
On the wall mount you either thread on the hosepart or the rosette valve.

Update 2021-12-31
People have been asking me how to print this stuff. I've now reduced the number of files and also changed the description below to make it easier.

  1. there is two different wall mounts one circular and one square, choose the one you prefer. For most people the square one is probably the way to go.

  2. Print hose_complete with the nut facing down. Print with supports but set the support angle to at least 62 degrees. You don't want to get support material in the threads. The bodies in the model has been arranged so it should not fuse together if printed with 0.28mm or 0.4 mm layer height.

  3. When not printing you could instead screw on the rosette valve. Then you need to print valve_complete. Print with the same settings as hose_complete but this time with the nut facing upwards. Then also print the rosette.
I used the M8 Knob 13mm head hole made by Redflame5 to keep all the parts together. You'll need one M8 screw with nut as well.

  4. there is also a adapter from a 120mm fan to 100mm dia venthose
