xTool D1 Air Assist Nozzle Variations

UPDATE: The 16MM nozzle has been updated to account for a change in the size of the nozzle. It now is shorter with a longer base.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to remove the air assist and clean the lens very often. Failing to do so can cause dirt to build on the lens and then the laser will cut into the lens instead of passing through it.

xTool has 3 different size nozzles for the various versions of their machines. You just need to measure the diameter of the model and choose the correct nozzle. See the images if you need help.

10W 16mm Nozzle Diameter
5W 13mm Nozzle Diameter

This is a 3D printed nozzle and hose guide meant to be used with the xTool D1 Laser engraving and cutting machine. It will require modifying the laser shield to fit properly.

You may need to use a longer M3 screw on the top guide to guide. It may work with the one there but I used an M3 x 30.
