Tarmac SL7 - Garmin Varia Seatpost Mount (reuse Garmin Mount insert)

Garmin Varia mount for Specialized Tarmac SL7 Seatpost.

Mount is set to 107 degrees base on seat tube angle of 73 degrees for my XL SL7 (61cm).(Note: there is only 1.5 degrees difference between Small and X-Large)

I read comments on similar mounts that were breaking at various points, so I attempted to make one that was very sturdy, not worrying about it breaking and losing $150 - $200 during a ride.

Had issues printing in PETG with Garmin Mount incorporated, so decided best option for me was to remove and reuse the mounting cap that came with the Varia unit. If that is not an option for you, simply locate and download a Garmin Insert Mount of your choice and either print it separately or add it into the slicer with this one, slightly inset and print them together.

Added screenshot to show angle in slicer. Recommend that loop around the seatpost is printed in more parallel (same direction) as bands will have most strength, even though this causes vertical bands on screw holes.

Finished design after 5-6 drafts and several prints. Have not long term tested design as my SL7 is currently receiving upgrades.
