Description

The feather board is copied from "Featherboard with large star grip screw and T-Nut by zeropage" (6mm Version) which originally came from MarcElbichon which is based on the Kreg True Flex design.

The original extra large star grip screw came from pastaclub.

This is a modification to accommodate my needs rather than a true remix.

The T-Nuts and Star Grip Inner parts are resized to fit 1/4"-20 bolts.
The T-Nut fits a Delta Saw T-Slot.
The T-Nuts replace the T-Bar: faster to print, easier to use.
The Star Grip Outer is more compact and has a pass through hole in the top to allow the use of bolts in the T-Nuts. It is still optional to put the nut in the T-Nut and the bolt in the Star Grip, but that requires cutting the bolt to a measured length and disallows elevating the feather board if needed. If the bolt showing through the top is a problem, consider using a tall wing-nut like the ones available at hardware stores.
The Star Grip Inner spurs are flush with the Star Grip Outer recess, but a round 1mm riser has been added.
Heating the nuts and bolts might be required if the fit is too tight.

Note: The Star Grip Inner STL file should be flipped over for printing, otherwise supports may be required.
