CR-30 display 45 adapter

I made this 45° adapter for the display of the Creality CR-30. That when it is mounted on a wall, you can still easy look at the display with the wall mount from Nathan Bush.

All you need, are the parts you need to mount the display and 2 M5 nuts with 2 spare screws from the printer.
