Bigtreetech 5" V1 Screen Case for Sovol and Creality Printers

After I've learned I could use my BTT 5" V1 TFT display with Klipper, I searched for proper cases to mount it in an elegant way to my Sovol SV01. @JVJV did a great job for designing one for the Voron which I adapted.

I remixed the „feet” of the original design to fit under the printers frame. This will work for all printers with 2020 extrusions and 30mm or higher printer feet (elevation of the frame).

Print all the other parts from the original design. Thanks again, JVJV!
