Spyder and Spyder-Clone Pump Conversion

All the printed parts needed to transform your Kingman Spyder or compatible clone into a pump marker. My particular marker is a Umarex branded Pro-Toyz Speedster MG.

The Pump guide base is the most critical component in this build, as it is replacing your LPC/volumizer and has the firing pressure pushing on it. Print it from PETG or something more rigid and print it at 90% infill. Use a generous amount of Teflon tape and the original O-ring to get it to seal in the marker body.

The Pump Guide is a piece of 8mm round stock or tubing, I am using aluminium.

The Pump rod has been fashioned out of a length of M5 threaded rod and tubing with a corresponding inner diameter so the threads don't grind on the marker body.

Attach the pump link piece to the bolt with an M4 bolt

The hammer needs to be printed on the cut away flat face on its side for best stability and higher performing materials are recommended. My PETG print has not been damaged so far. As a weight and for the striking surface, the hammer accepts an m5 hex bolt. For More wight I could also see a cut down M8 Hex bolt being used, which would need a modified part.
