I wanted to have a Baldr-Mini Adapter so bad... so I made one:
P365-XL_BaldrMiniMountV2:
- Uses M2.5x20 screws (previously I used M2 screws)
- Can be printed with PLA (tested with 40 shots of 9mm without any visible damage)
P365-XL_BaldrMiniMountV3:
Alternate Version to V2, best fit, lowest profile, used on pictures
- Baldr sits 2mm closer to the muzzle (very noticeable)
- Screws are aligned
- slight tweaks to some surfaces (sharpness and fit)
Compromises:
- rear-screw requires a 2.5mm hole in Trigger-Guard, but it can be omitted at the cost of laser-zeroing stability
- There are gaps in some surfaces (can be seen in the design preview), I chose them over going back to M2 screws
- PLA print has some rail delamination after 10 rounds with some vertical zero loss but nothing fell apart, Polycarb-Print pending...
UPDATE: V3 in Polycarbonat survived 100 shots of 9mm without loss of zero, just tighten the screws after the first 10 shots or so
