Description
To fit the shell i trimmed down the point of the chassi to the level of the bumper mounts and notched the bottom of the front of the beetle shell maybe 3mm.
The files for this are the front+rear mounts, they attach to the chassi using regular screws left over from the Grasshopper kit.
And a cover for the trimmed down front, i used 18mm screws through the bumper and into it from below.
(ignore the hole in the battery compartment, it is unrelated to mounting the shell, my 2s 5000mah battery didnt fit so i removed the rear wall of the compartment and cut the hole in the top so the power/balance leads are protected inside of the tub.)
Files are oriented for maximal strength when printed, the prints will require supports.
Ive got front wishbone ̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶r̶e̶a̶r̶ ̶h̶o̶r̶n̶e̶t̶ conversions installed on my Sand Hopper, highly recommended, they can be found here:

ADDITION:
Ive designed and added printed wipers to the front window, didnt feel like painting the red ones included, good as spares if you lose the originals too: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5369954
To save on cash i skipped getting the chrome parts tree, the only parts i would have used would have been the light buckets so i designed my own to fit the clear parts: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5368015
I broke the nice side mirrors i had printed earlier so i remixed lower profile+sturdier ones: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5484346
In addition ive replaced the rear hornet conversion with an independent trailing arm conversion by the same creator: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5373287
It makes a huge difference and really keeps the rear end planted a lot better as the gearbox and motor are no longer unsprung weight.
