CNC Dust Shoe 65mm Makita and similar

This is a cnc dust shoe made for 65mm spindles. Has enough clearance to press the spindle lock on both makita and katsu routers. The brush side is held by twelve 5x2mm magnets to facilitate tool change. Mind the magnets polarity upon installation. Those magnets need to be glued. I used cyanoacrylate glue.
There are two versions available. One in which vacuum connector side has 32mm internal diameter. and 36.8mm external diameter and other with 35mm of internal diameter and 39.8 of external diameter. It can be used with other vacuum diameters by creating an adapter.
To tie the part to the spindle an M5 nut is used and an M5x40mm hexagonal head bolt is required for the hand knob.
For the brush side there are two bottom parts. One places the brushes vertically, the other they are angled. The angled is recommend if your machine has a significant Z axis travel as it reduces the chances of the bristles being cut by the tool when using long brushes. The bottom part with vertical brush should work fine in any 3018 or similar with 70mm or 50mm long brushes.
The brush strip must be cut to the required length. I used RTV silicone for his attachment.
Only the top part requires supports for the clamp. There is an intentional gap of 0.5mm between the clamp and the face below it (SEE PICTURES). If printed with 0.8mm nozzle, 0.5mm layer height, as i did, it should work fine without supports.
The hand knob allows easy vertical adjustment to the spindle.

Bill of materials:
-12 magnets 5x2mm.
-1 M5 nut.
-1 M5x40mm Hexagon head bolt DIN933 or equivalent.
-Brush strip 50, 70mm or 100mm height by 5mm thick, as desired.

Assembly:
Combine the file named TOP 35mm or 32mm, as required, with:
BOTTOM STRAIGHT 32mm or BOTTOM TAPERED 32mm or 35mm then:
KNOB file.
32mm and 35mm parts are not interchangeable.
35mm BOTTOM STRAIGHT part is not available.
The knob is compatible with both versions.
