Use a 6005 Bearing ( https://medias.schaeffler.de/de/produkt/rotary/waelz--und-gleitlager/kugellager/rillenkugellager/6005/p/349270 ), and some short M4 screws for Inertia.
I haven't tried printig it, if it works with your FDM printer please show the results :)
