WL toys k989/k969/284131 RWD conversion kit

This is a work in progress!!

This is a WL toys k989/k969/284131 RWD conversion kit that will push the wheel base to nearly 112mm.

Additional parts needed for this build are:

1- 2mm X 15mm screw (for the bellcrank)
1- pack of trex 250 ball linkage set (part number AGNH25055A)

Stock parts needed:

stock mounting hardware for the bulk head
stock hinge pins
Stock ball bearings
Stock front axle (CV bones removed)
Stock shock

You can acquire #9 compression springs from ACE hardware for a softer spring (these must be cut to length)

Print the bulk head with the flat front facing the bed with supports

If the rod ends don't snap onto the balls. Remove the elephants foot off the bottom of th print with a exacto blade.

it will also help to slightly bevel the edges of all holes with an exacto blade.

I find the center hole in the wiper arm to be the best for ackerman but it is adjustable to fit your needs.
