Description
I have been inspired by a reddit user that used an Ikea Skadis to decorate his office.
But I wanted to add leds behind the Skadis to highlight it. And as I already had a Philips hue installation I chose the Philips Hue LightStrip to do this job.
In this pack you will find multiple things that meets differents needs.
Where
This piece is meant to be used with the Skadis little support that you place at the bottom of it to keep it parallel to the wall.
Goal
It make the lightStrip go around the skadis by the outside.
It's main purpose is to maximize the light that comes out the lightStrip
Where
This piece is meant to be used with the Skadis little support that you place at the bottom of it to keep it parallel to the wall.
Goal
It make the lightStrip go around the skadis by the inside.
I made this piece to gain few centimeters and being able the go all around the board.
The problem is that it will create some undesirable small shadows (See the result image)
** Where**
This piece is meant to be used with the Skadis little support that you place at the bottom of it to keep it parallel to the wall.
Goal
It allows you to keep your lightStrip in a straight line. It's useful when you have multiple boards side to side.
Where
This piece is meant to be used on the stand where you fix your board. At the top of the skadis.
Goal
It allows you to keep your lightStrip in a straight line but for the top part of the Skadis.
It's useful when you have multiple boards side to side.
