Handlebar Plug ESI

These bar-ends will work on any standard bike handlebars, with any grips that have an open end. They stay in reliably, are lightweight and require no hardware to install.

Push it in and watch the plastic change shape to fit your handlebar. I have intentionally designed the outside to be wide and flat to protect your handlebars when setting the bike down or during a crash.

I designed these because I fractured my carbon handlebars during a crash with my ESI grips. The bar ends ESI Grips ship with provide very little protection to the grips or the handlebar. These will make your grips last longer and do a better job at staying in. I took heavy inspiration from ESI's bar ends for this design, but it is still quite different from their approach.

I recommend using these one time only, but they reliably stay in with two inserts. Any more than that and the plastic deforms too much.

These print easier with the flat head facing down, but they look cleaner in the end with it facing up. That's up to your own personal preference.

Print with supports and remove everything for best results.
