Tuya RJ45 watertight LAN Cap

If you have a Tuya Smart Camera (door security camera or a outdoor wifi camera) with an Split Cable that comes with an RJ45 Port for a LAN cable connection, and you use the camera outdoor, it might be a good idea to seal the RJ45 port with a watertight cap/lid to prevent rain from getting into it.

You only need this cap if you do not use a LAN cable connection because you prefer WiFi. If you use a LAN cable connection there should be a watertight sealing cap with a hole for the LAN cable coming with your camera.

Unfortunately this cap that comes with the camera only seals if you have a cable running trough it. Since i didnt want to put an old dummy cable to seal the RJ45 port, i decided to make a cover/cap/lid for it to prevent it to get wet.

It would be sweet if someone could make a version with a little screw winding inside so you can screw the cap onto the RJ45 port.

For now, this version works too. It is a bit tight to put it on, but it should seal the Port perfectly this way. Dont print it larger or it will not stick and you have to glue it together.
